Orders & Payment
To place an order, simply browse our products, click "Add to Cart" on items you want to purchase, then proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed. However, you can still return items once received.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) and overnight shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available in the future. Please check back for updates.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To return an item, contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we'll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products
Yes, all our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product type: antennas (2 years), electric razors (1 year), and flashlights (1 year). Warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear.

First, ensure the antenna is properly connected and positioned. Try adjusting the direction and height. Check for interference from other electronic devices. If problems persist, contact our technical support team for advanced troubleshooting.
Clean your razor after each use by rinsing the head under warm water. Use the included cleaning brush to remove hair buildup. Replace blades every 6-12 months depending on usage. Detailed maintenance instructions are included with each product.
Check if the batteries are properly inserted and have charge. Clean the battery contacts with a dry cloth. Ensure the switch is functioning properly. For rechargeable models, try charging for at least 4 hours. If issues persist, the unit may need replacement under warranty.
