Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.

For certain product categories, different return periods may apply:

  • Electronics: 30 days
  • Personal care items: 14 days (unopened only)
  • Custom or personalized items: Not returnable

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear or damage
  • Return must be initiated within the applicable return period

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  5. Ship Items: Send the package to our returns center using the provided shipping label

Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to original account

Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping costs (if item was defective or wrong)
  • Applicable taxes

Note: Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item

This ensures you receive the item you want as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep all packaging until we provide instructions

We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are not in original condition due to customer damage

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Items must be declared as "returned goods" to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds are processed in USD and converted by your bank
